During your appointment, you are invited to observe your chosen companion’s temperament within a pristine, designated play environment. For the protection of our lineage, our puppies do not touch the ground while in our care, and we strictly prohibit the presence of outside pets during these sessions. We kindly request that you schedule your private consultation at least one week in advance to ensure an experience of focused, professional attention.

Secure Reservations and Licensing

To remove a specific puppy from the public market and ensure their exclusive placement with your family, a $250 reservation deposit is required. This commitment secures your chosen companion beyond a 24-hour window, reflecting a serious intent to provide a premier home. As a testament to our transparency, we offer live video consultations by appointment and are proud to provide our Georgia State Licensing credentials upon request. Prior to the acceptance of any deposit, we require the completion of a formal application and a signed acknowledgment of our contract terms, ensuring that every H.P.P. home aligns with our rigorous standards of excellence.

The Transition: Environmental Integrity and Health

The transition from our nursery to your home is a sophisticated process that requires diligent stewardship. To preserve the burgeoning health of your new companion, it is imperative that the puppy remains shielded from public grounds and high-traffic areas until their full series of booster vaccinations is complete. Please be advised that early exposure to unverified environments constitutes a breach of our health contract, as it introduces unnecessary risks to the puppy’s developing immune system.

To prepare your home for a new arrival, we advocate for the following professional protocols:

• Quarantine Measures: Maintain a temporary, respectful separation between your new puppy and existing household pets until a comprehensive health clearance is provided by your veterinarian.

• Sanitary Boundaries: Implement a "shoes-off" policy at your entryway to prevent the introduction of external contaminants into the puppy’s living space.

• Vigilant Interaction: Exercise refined caution when allowing your puppy on elevated furniture or during interactions with other animals to prevent accidental injury.

Continued Wellness and Specialized Care

Every H.P.P. puppy begins their journey on a foundation of elite nutrition and preventative medicine. We provide a rigorous deworming protocol—administered at least three times—and require that you schedule a professional wellness check with your veterinarian immediately upon arrival.

Given the delicate nature of the Pomeranian, owners must remain vigilant regarding toy-breed specific concerns, such as hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). We expect our buyers to be well-versed in the monitoring and feeding practices necessary to mitigate these risks. While we take every measure to ensure you receive a puppy of peak vitality, the ongoing health, safety, and nutritional excellence of the dog become the buyer's sacred responsibility once they depart our care.
