The H.P.P. Standard: Protocols & Puppy Stewardship

Curated Consultations & Meet-and-Greets

To preserve the sanctuary of our litters, private meet-and-greet appointments are available once puppies reach six weeks of age.

In order to maintain strict biosecurity standards, all consultations are conducted in a secure public location. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to observe your chosen companion’s temperament within a clean and controlled play environment.

For the continued protection of our program:

  • Puppies do not touch the ground while in our care.

  • Outside pets are not permitted during meet-and-greet appointments.

We kindly request that consultations be scheduled at least one week in advance to ensure a focused and personalized experience.

Secure Reservations & Licensing

To reserve a specific puppy and remove them from the public market, a reservation deposit is required.

This deposit secures your selected puppy beyond a 24-hour holding period and reflects a serious commitment to providing a responsible and loving home.

As part of our commitment to transparency and professionalism, we offer:

  • Live video consultations by appointment

  • Georgia State Licensing verification upon request

Before any deposit is accepted, prospective buyers must:

  1. Complete our formal application

  2. Review and sign acknowledgment of our purchase contract

This process ensures that every H.P.P. puppy is placed in a home aligned with our standards of care and responsibility.

The Transition: Environmental Integrity & Health

The transition from our nursery into your home is an important stage in your puppy’s development.

To protect the puppy’s developing immune system, they must not be exposed to public areas or high-traffic environments until their full vaccination series has been completed.

Early exposure to unverified environments may void portions of our health contract, as it places the puppy at unnecessary risk.

To prepare your home, we recommend the following precautions:

Quarantine Measures
Maintain a temporary separation between your new puppy and existing household pets until your veterinarian provides a full health clearance.

Sanitary Boundaries
Implement a “shoes-off” policy at entryways to reduce the introduction of outside contaminants into the puppy’s living space.

Vigilant Interaction
Use caution when allowing the puppy on elevated furniture or during interactions with larger animals to prevent accidental injury.

Continued Wellness & Specialized Care

Each H.P.P. puppy begins life with a strong foundation of premium nutrition and preventative care.

Prior to placement, puppies receive a comprehensive deworming protocol administered at least three times.

Buyers are required to schedule a veterinary wellness examination shortly after arrival to establish ongoing care with their veterinarian.

Due to the delicate nature of the Pomeranian breed, owners should remain aware of toy-breed specific concerns, particularly hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Buyers should familiarize themselves with proper feeding schedules and monitoring practices to reduce this risk.

While we take every measure to ensure your puppy leaves our care in excellent health, the continued wellbeing, safety, and nutrition of the dog become the responsibility of the buyer once the puppy transitions into their new home.
